The design of a landmark tower that will be a center focal point of the Dublin Docklands redevelopment. The project solution is comprised of two 15 story towers programmatically divided into office and business uses in the North Tower and residential in the South Tower. Each one has panoramic views and balconies. The first four floors of the platform are for public and commercial use and the basement will be used for parking. The towers are sheathed in copper with a 60m tall, 10m wide undulating canyon separating them. The properties of luminance and reflectivity in copper and glass will perpetually vary with their environment, integrating the building differently in the landscape moment by moment; but most importantly, the proposed landmark tower reflects the event and activities of the development back onto the docklands.
