Western Reserve of Brecksville | AODK :: Architecture Office :: David Krebs

The project is a complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing vacant 1950’s 2 building in downtown Brecksville. The goal was to change the existing character of the building to match that of the historic Brecksville center, for the anchor tenant, Western Reserve Bank, along with (3) other spaces that will be office use. With the unique posturing of the building over the downtown, the project is to be a landmark in the downtown. The solution was to add new brick on the entire exterior façade along with a shingled roof, double hung windows with trims, a new addition to include drive-up atm, night deposit, and teller window. A clock tower accents the side facing the downtown as a landmark.
