Interior and exterior renovation of a 2-story office building in downtown Wooster. The goal was to create 2 floors of office on the interior and to renovate a non historic 1960's exterior of the building back into the historic context of downtown Wooster. The solution was to reconfigure the offices providing for more efficient spaces that include architectural detailing of chair rail, crowns and finishes. The exterior was renovated to include; pediments over the windows, roof cornice, corner pilasters, and entry casing, to give a sense of scale and traditional detail allowing the building to blend in more with the traditional character of the downtown.
