The project was to assist a large corporate client in developing a flagship repair and distribution center that will be toured by prospective customers from around the world. It includes a warehouse and distribution facility with a two story office situated on an industrial park located at the Akron Canton Airport. The goal of the Project design and structure was to maximize functional and construction efficiency. Pre-cast structural concrete panel were used for the entire facility, 17 truck docks, and a 26'-0"h clear warehouse. A visitor path was designed to move through the facility without interrupting the product flow in the workshops or the 2-story material handling/racking system.
