The project was a new distribution facility for a global manufacturing and distribution company. The goal was to maximize the site usage as well as volume for racking. The project included 35'-0" clear bay heights for racking with an exterior designed to fit into a corporate office park. The project includes the design for a future 3- story office building and a 100,000 s.f warehouse expansion
