The project is a new 110 acre business campus with master planning to accommodate 15-20 commercial and high-tech industrial users. The goal was to phase the master plan for development over a 5 year period of time. The solution for the first phase included the construction of a new dedicated roadway and two new 25,000 s.f. flex buildings. The buildings are designed to handle a single user down to 1,500 s.f users with an 18'-0" clear height. The buildings include full truck dock and grade door entrances.
