The project is a warehouse and distribution facility with an office and commercial show room space, situated on a 7 � acre industrial park lot. The goal is to develop a site design that allows for maximum building area and create a building design that represents the client's products and international partners. The two story glass and steel entry is the focal point that sets the design tone for the office as well as the warehouse. The use of prefabricated concrete wall panels and steel framing make the warehouse extremely efficient to build and expand while maintaining a high quality finish.
