The project is a new residence is on the inter-coastal waterway on the gulf coast. The goal is for the house to take advantage of the water views and tropical weather from every room in the house. The solution was to build a two story house with a linear spine parallel with the views to accommodate all of the major rooms of the house take advantage of those views. The main living floor includes a kitchen, family room, 2 story living room, dining room, library, and guest suite. The second floor contains three bedrooms, laundry, and a sitting room. The house also features a 3rd floor private lookout and balcony overlooking the waterway, pool and spa. The exterior design of the house is Mediterranean with stucco and stone wall finishes and clay tile roofing.
