The project is a renovation and addition to an existing residence. The goal was to create a residence that took advantage of the backyard views to a private country club. The solution included changing the character of the exterior, crating a barrel vaulted ceiling in the living room and a high vaulted ceiling in the family room/kitchen facing out to the golf course. Additions include the expansion of the garage to 4 cars, a new family room, new master bedroom and the renovation to bare studs of the remainder of the house. The house is highlighted with custom profiled wood trim, cove lighting and a designer kitchen.
