The project is the on going design and construction of office tenant suites in a 22 story downtown Cleveland office tower located on Public Square. Scope of work includes individual tenant space design and the interior design of public lobby, café and corridor spaces. AODK, Inc. has been involved in 45 individual projects since the fall of 2002. The goal is to provide the property manager with excellent service by delivering efficient office space designs that meet the individual tenant’s needs, project construction budgets and fast paced design/ build schedules. AODK, Inc. provides an “on call” project architect to work closely with the property manager to develop tenant fit plans, prepare construction and bid documents, review project budgets and manage construction projects. This relationship has produced a systematic approach to creating quality office spaces.
