Project: Broken Rocks Cafe | AODK :: Architecture Office :: David Krebs

The project is a new restaurant facility and image for the re-location of an existing business. The goal was to create an atmosphere of contemporary hospitality while showcasing their kitchen. The solution was to place the kitchen and specifically the showcase bread oven in visible position from first entering the front door. The smell of fresh bread adds to the character of the exposed brick walls, new wood trimmed bar and re-finished wood floor. The seating capacity for the breakfast, lunch and dinner caf is 125 including a 20 person private dining room.
