Muddy waters is a caf� with a focus on the branding of Muddy Waters coffee. This project in Wooster was the original facility for the growing company. Aodk has been involved in the design of the first (3) stores by this group. The Wooster project is set in the lower level of Liberty Street commons retail facility. The goal was to create a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged people to hang-out and enjoy quite time, read a book or just talk with friends. The solution was to expose the building structure on the ceilings as well as the brick and stone walls of the historic structure. This along with the transitional design of the casework set the tone for the caf�.
